Hey Guys
The day has started for me a bit late...you know sometimes you got the lows to go through before you can meet the highs.....
When I am feeling this way I jus remind myself that I am alive...sounds cliche I know...but it is fact....You cannot be AFRAID TO BE.....
You must thrive on the gifts you have been given....look up....take the time ....breathe...feel it filling your chest...in and out....try to hear the beat of your breathing.....
Close your eyes and see the colours of your life.......You may be surprised.....
I will post a few pieces now that kinda speak to this sentiment....hope you enjoy them....
